If your writing a review just be honest and describe the type of strength you are using on the saw at time of cutting. It's simple to start honestly type of money or brand doesn't effect everyone perspective 🤔

Plenty of power
I used this to cut quartz counter top on a DIY project.It was easy to handle and make straight cuts.

It doesn't cut!
Folks, don't do it. Trust this review. Don't bite on any of the positive reviews for this item. When it comes to saws, you gotta' pay out the ass and get the top of the line brands like Milwaukee and Dewalt. Battery powered saws just aren't there yet. I KNEW I should have coughed up the $300+ and bought a Milwauke or Dewalt. I have other Kobalt tools which are great, BUT I knew enough thatI shouldn't have bought this saw.It doesn't work, out of the box. It's gutless with no power. I couldnt get a straight cut on my first five 2 x 4's. It gets stuck and stops spinning. I was so pissed too since my job only entailed the cutting if 6 boards. I threw the brand new saw in my truck, and gave it to a friend of mine. He didn't see it coming either. He was sooo grateful! Then I waited till later on that evening for the call:"Dude, you gave me the saw because it sucks! What am I going to use it for? It barely gets through a damn 2 x 4 without stopping! Not funny man!!! You unloaded it!"LMAO! YES people, listen to this review. Don't do it, pay the big monies for the Milwaukee, or grab your corded saw out the shed and the extension chord. As Yoda says, "Do or do not, there is no try!"Kobalt has a terrific line up, but this is useless as "tits in a boar"! Kobalt, you suck!!!

The beast!
This thing is a beast! My husband wanted one for his accumulation of Kobalt cordless tools and loves this saw. Allows him to not have to worry about corded power in areas he needs to use a circular saw. He says it has plenty of power and he likes the light. My husband USES his tools. If he gives it a thumbs up, it’s a good product.
