Easy to Install and Makes a Big Difference
These foam insulation panels worked out great for my window AC. They were very easy to cut and install, and they fit snugly on both sides of the unit. The material feels thick and durable, and it definitely helps block out drafts and hot air from the outside. I noticed right away that my room stayed cooler and the AC didn’t have to work as hard. It also helps reduce noise and gives the window a cleaner, more finished look compared to the flimsy accordion panels that come with most units. Overall, this is a simple but very effective upgrade for any window air conditioner. Great quality and great value.

I like them if you , have certain window sizes that it fits better than others the big bedroom windows they fit perfectly no cutting or nothing but the living room windows that was a challenge so kinda iffy on that even after you cut them down but easy to do for anybody that can’t handle something like that especially for an elderly person

This was the perfect replacement for the window unit in our storage building. Easy to assemble and place.

Just ok
Does the job, but worry about durability. Will the foam inserts withstand heavy rain or wind? Foam clearly is not waterproof, so not sure. Reasonably easy to install, just be patient. Final fitting and trimming occurs with AC and window in “closed” position, so have to manipulate and trim foam with access from only one side.

Better than the hard flat insulating panels that come with a window AC
These worked out just fine for me, I removed the frame then cut the panels to size. I did not bother putting the frame (with the adhesive strip) back on as I cut my panels just a bit larger than needed, this provided enough friction to hold itself in place.

You still need your side panel frames for these to work - this is not a full side panel replacement if you misplaced them or have broken the plastic exterior to your AC panels. Foam is good quality, however pictures are misleading.
