Sturdy and shiny casserole for chapati / curries / rice
After looking at a lot of options on Amazon, I finally added this item to my basket.The delivery happened as committed and the product came well packed.The size is exactly what I wanted for (medium).The casserole looks very shiny and sturdy and does what it is supposed to do, "keep the food warm" at least for 2-3 hours. I recommend buying this product.

Don't Fill it With Hot Water and Close
The item itself is very good. Used it several times and based on the heat of the item it can keep the heat between 2 and four hours. The instruction booklet which came with it said to fill it with hot water before use. I filled it with boing water and closed it. I could not open it. This happened several times. If you fill it with hot water, close it with a plate instead of the lid. It looks like the lid getting sucked in. The lid is poorly designed and needs resigning. There is no grip. At least there should be a slot to put your fingers to turn and lift it up.

Good but no holder on the lid
The product is good. Helping to keep food warm for sometime. Two drawbacks I find is the circumference is less and no proper holder on the lid to open it once closed.
