Really works
I get many ear infections and this spray really works to relieve my discomfort. I’ve tried several different sprays but this is the only one I’ll buy from now on.

Easy to use but not more effective than other methods
My doctor instructed me to use NeilMed Sinus Rinse, which is affordable and refillable. I decided to try this nasal spray after reading the reviews. The spray works just as well and far more easy to use. However, to me the spray is not worth the cost for long term use. It is advertised as 130 sprays but the instructions say to blow 3 times in each nostrils, wait 30 seconds, and then repeat. That is 12 sprays total, so if you do it once a day it will last 11 days and if you do it twice a day it will last 5.5 days. That would get expensive pretty fast. Ultimately there is no magic to this nasal spray and it did nothing for me that the sinus rinse didn't do. However, if you have more money than me maybe the ease of use of the spray is worth the additional cost to you.

I don't know...
So I've been having this issue with my ears for a couple months. I've had pressure so bad sometimes it feels like I would faint. I've been to a specialist and there is nothing they could find, but suggested I may have an allergy or that my Eustachian tubes are not working properly. I also have experienced weird noises and my ear feels like it is blocking and unblocking at random times. If I yawn in the shower I'll hear it open up but sometimes it's like it doesn't fully unblock-- like for lack of a better term it feels like it catches and then closes back. Sometimes I've had it to actually completely unblock and I feel great. No noise or pressure but it doesn't last very long and throws me back into the cycle. This spray did help relieve the pressure when it comes. I don't always feel it. But when I do this spray will relieve about 80% of the pressure but it doesn't minimize the noises that I'm aware of. But just on a regular basis if I'm stopped up at night and I reach for it- it isn't a miracle. I follow the instructions and it will take a while before the effects actually set in. As opposed to Afrin when there's almost an immediate relief. Yes this spray will break up congestion in my nose... But again it's not a miracle. I don't know. It does something that is beneficial for me like helping with the pressure but it doesn't completely resolve any issues. Sometimes I'm actually still congested after using this and sometimes I'm not... So it's not completely dependable. If you're trying to do everything naturally this may be a choice for you but just know it is not instant relief for everyone as a lot of these reviews would suggest. Try it. It may or may not work.

WONDERFUL! I LOVED IT!
I 100% recommend this natural nasal spray! It was the BEST thing I could’ve used when I had the flu and also during flights. It’s very gentle on my nose and gives me instant relief. I’m really thankful for this product. It’s 100% natural! Unlike other sprays, it has a one way valve built into the tip of the pump which prevents anything (germs 🦠) from flowing back into the bottle. This has become the favorite part of my routine.

It’s only saline nothing else and doesn’t at all help with clogged ears

Hear again after 4 days
My ears have been giving me trouble since I had a series of colds this winter. I didn't have a cold but 3 weeks ago my left ear was totally stopped up again. After reading reviews I decided to try this. I started using it last Friday, every night before bed and first thing in the morning...I could hear in my left ear again yesterday(4 days of use). 👏 Still not 100% but so much better. It's a little expensive but was cheaper than a Dr visit.

Wow! I'm a believer!
I had thought about buying a super expensive device to clear my Eustachian tubes - which are clogged probably 99% of the time. The only time they unclog is for a few brief seconds after doing a nasal rinse. I got nervous about the expensive device as it puts out 5psi pressure up the nostril! So! I stumbled across this amazing nasal spray while searching for a cure at Amazon for a fraction of the price and thought, "What have I got to lose?" I just put 3 blasts up each nostril - inhaling deeply with each squirt as the directions say - and WOW! Immediately, my two nostrils just cleared out like I'd taken Sudafed. I can BREATH again! But there are NO drugs in this nasal spray. It says it's a "special" combination of salts, etc., which sure appears to be the case to me! By contrast, using the nasal rinse packaged salts, I'm sometimes left with a stuffy nose even as I rationalize that it has rinsed the gunk out. This nasal spray does give one a swallow or two of post-nasal drip, so be close to a sink or place to spit that out. Within about 2 min of my very first spritzing, BOTH Eustachian tubes cleared! OWIE - like a miracle! I guess I have a permanent allergy or structural issue with my E-tubes that causes them to be blocked nearly 100% of the time. But if this spray can clear them this quickly, this easily, by golly I'll be squirting UP about 3 times a day for SURE. I'm VERY glad to have found this product here, and will go post the fabulous results over on a hearing health message board to share the news. This spray seems to work magic over the typical nasal rinse kit I keep on hand. Plus, I'm not going to have to spend a considerable amount of money on a pressurized air device that may actually cause harm to my E-tubes. I'll definitely order the 3-pack so I keep one in my travel kit, too. I haven't tested it out on a plane - yet - but that could be another benefit: clearing the ears while taking off or landing.
