Perfect. Great build quality. Does its job.
This thing is a tank. It's heavy, sturdy, beautifully built, and best of all, tamps my coffee. My only warning is that there is a minimum tamp and distributer depth. What I mean is that you can easily adjust the tamp or distributer to, for instance, put 13g in an 18g basket and have it be perfectly level. You just cant lower the depth enough to get a good distribution if you're squeezing 19g in an 18g basket. Since this actually helps make sure you have enough space between the puck and shower head, I'm not counting it against the design. Just a word of warning for those of us squeezing in larger than designed doses.

Very easy to use
Simple yet effective tamper. Not much to say about it. The weight feels really good and super easy to use. Just set it on with the "blades" facing down and spin. Take it off, knock off the remaining espresso ground on the sides. while resting on the counter, place this with flat side down and give it a healthy press down and get a perfect tamper every time. The sizing (at least for my 51mm) is accurate and fits perfectly.

Much heavier than you might think
I bought this to replace the flimsy plastic tamper that came with my Delonghi Stilosa. So far it's working great. It feels as though the espresso can be tamped by just the weight of this thing, I hardly have to press down at all. I think it's improved the quality of my espresso and I'd definitely recommend this item

Must have
This is awesome. It has some weight to it and you can set your depth. This is perfect for any 51mm puck

Amazing
This tamper is amazing. Nice weight, evenly distribes the beans. This is my second tamper upgrade and donโt think I can get much better.

Seems to work great
Love how heavy this thing is. Iโve been using it for my Rok espresso maker. It fits just fine with the baskets that comes with. Edit: it does NOT fit with Rok Espresso baskets. If you fill the coffee to the top it could work, but the tamper does not pass the ridge of the basket. Youโll need to use over 18g of coffee to make it work with the naked/normal portafilters. The pressurized basket is smaller so it would probably work fine with that.

A disfrutar mi cafe

Both Sides Work Well
This is a compact, substantial tamper. The two threaded halves are individually adjustable for depth and deserve you spending some time to tweak the settings. You can then 'lock' in your depth with the center lug. I used my measuring spoon to add the coffee, rotated the distributer then adjusted the threads so it was sitting minimum height above the portafilter lip. ** Rotate the distributer (propeller side) the wrong direction & it will not level, but push grounds out of your filter. Then take the time to compress the grounds with the other side. Keep adjusting the depth until the tamper side is just flush with the filter lip. I don't worry about 25-30 lb pressure, just use two hands and my body weight over my counter top. Really worried about pressure? Put your bathroom scale on your counter and press on it to check your force. My coffee measure gets treated by one simple, sturdy tool instead of two, less clutter and a consistent shot. I'm very happy with this device.
