Generally speaking in stretchy jeans I wear a size 29 what size would you suggest I buy

i recommend size 30 for this super skinny fit jeans

Do these shrink after washing?

In my experience they will shrink back to their original size, maybe a bit smaller. But since they're stretchy they'll give back to what they were width wise before the wash/dry cycle
