RockTape Highly Water-Resistant Kinesiology Tape

Good stuff!!

I have used the Rocktape brand of Kinesiology tape for some yeears now....both the 2 inch and the 4 inch variety.....I have old knees and still love to play tennis so I tape my knees elbow and shoulder.....The tape give great stabilty and sort of holds things together and gives me a confident feeling as I move around the court.....I recomment ROcktape to anyone who wants to stay in the game.....but get used to telling everybody who sees you what the magical Rocktape is,,,,they all want to know....P Rowe

Works great on my Achilles. Wide tape provides better support and keeps its tension better than the 2 in I and Y tapes. Good adhesion, will stand up to a couple work out and shower cycles.

2 negatives I have about this vs. KT brand tape is that the adhesive from this sticks on my skin so much that its actually painful to wash off sometimes. Also, it isn't very forgiving if you make mistakes. I frequently end up getting parts of the back stuck together while in the process of applying it to hard to reach places. KT tape can be pulled back apart pretty easy, Rocktape is pretty hard and the tape looks damaged where I have pulled it apart.Still good tape overall though because I can cut splits into the 4 inch tape and use it over the mid-back with a strip branching off toward each shoulder blade and that feels really good on long hikes with a moderate sized backpack. I thought it would be more useful on the lower legs, but I almost always end up cutting it into 2 inch strips to get the right placement. Stays on like crazy, which is great, but that is probably why it is so irritating to my skin taking it off, which isn't great.

Perfect long-wear tape for my Continuous Glucose Monitor (used to control diabetes). The roll makes it easy to cut tape to exact size desired and stays in place for the required week. Being allergic to the tape offered by Medtronic, this is a great find!

Wore it for Disney the whole day and left black sticky residue on my skin. The tapes holds up but didn’t like the end of day clean up. Felt much more sticky than KT tape. Haven’t been using it after i switched to KT tape.

Not water resistant enough- even with the spray adhesive. I’ve used KT tape forever - even the cheap stuff is more water resistant than this —. & I never used adhesive on anything else. Never buying again. It’s just marketed as water resistant. So bummed. It’s THAT Bad.
