Sauk Farm Apple Fiber tastes Great. Excellent source of fiber instead of psyllium. I put 1 tsp in a glass of water in the morning. Stirs in just fine. But my favorite way to consume is at lunch when I add 2 tsp to my Kefir along with berries. Now that's yummy. Excellent Product. Highly Recommend.

I use to think South Africa had the best apples in the world until i tried sauk farm apples. I had to get my daughters there own bag because they kept eating mine. My digestion is good, my fiber intake much better. Great product! Also a very good snack.

Product as described. The powder tastes like what you'd expect, it's not sweet but it's almost like I can taste the vitamins and minerals, works great in my personal powder blend. Powder hasn't clumped on me yet but the bag is packed quite tightly so be careful opening it at first. The packaging was different from what is shown on the product page too. I imagine others might dock a star for that, I almost did. Please make sure what you're sending matches what you're advertising.

For me this had NO flavor. Very disappointed.

I make a caramel apple pie kettle corn and have tried many other apple powders. I only buy sauk farms now. It has better flavor and coats on my mushroom corn kernels evenly. I order 50lbs of it a year and like it so much. Such a fantastic product!! I also appreciate that it is a local Washington State product that I can support.

I just put a spoon of this inside my smoothies. I put a lot of different powders in my smoothies so I can't really say if it has an apple taste but it doesn't smell like apples. I figure it's good since my smoothies always taste good and apples are pretty healthy

My doctor told me to start drinking this for the added fiber. I put a tablespoon of it in my Blendjet with some juice and water. Sometimes I add 2 small pieces of fresh apple. But it tastes pretty good and I enjoy drinking it. If you need the added fiver this is the way to go.
