i have received the solvent based product by mistake twice. is there any way to receive the actual product shown, the water based eco-friendly one?

I did as well from a home depot. It was my fault. I didn't read the description and bought based on lower price. Noticed in their parking lot that it was solvent-based, not ECO. Exchanged for the water-based item.

can this be used on concrete counter tops?

Yes. I use it on my cement tiles.

After applying to natural stone or grout is there any shine? I'm looking for a sealer you can't tell it was applied.

Slight luster. Not sure if you would be able to know this if you didn’t see what it looked like a before. Maybe try a small area?
