I used making a loaf of 100% whole wheat bread in a bread machine. It worked wonderfully. Without Vital Wheat Gluten, an acceptable loaf is very difficult if not impossible to make.

I've only used it once as i just received it. But it worked really well. My bread had a wonderful texture and crumb. But I won't buy it again as I have to have a gluten which is nut free.

I recently got a grain mill and have been making bread with freshly milled flour. The taste is amazing, but I haven't been able to get very much of a rise. I read that high altitude needs a bit of extra gluten with FMF. So I made my first loaves tonight using a tsp for a 1.5 lb loaf. The results were very impressive. First picture is without gluten, second picture is same recipe with gluten added.

We have been trying to make a wheat free bread (keto), and wanted to use almond flour instead. This product did the job! The dough raised well, and tasted like bread, and not like cake!

What can I say about vital gluten it's a little bit expensive for the amount but I'll keep hunting but this product is quite good

I didn’t see them weight before ordering. Guys this is crazy lol. Anyone who is reading this buy Anthony vital wheat gluten. It’s 1.8kg for $30. It’s out of stock so I tried Kate naturals. I like surprises but this one made me sick to my stomach
