Which one is the right one for bangs?

I bought the 6.5 inch scissors, and do use them to cut hair and bangs, but add angled cuts up into bangs by pointing upwards with the tips. But I would think that the thinning shears would also work nicely to 'fringe' the end of your bangs. I don't own the thinners, though - and think the 6.5 inch barber scissors work very nicely.

what is the difference between cutting A and cutting B scissors?

Best I can tell, "cutting A" the angle between the handles and blade is ever so slightly greater than "B", and "B" has either textured or padded finger rings, and a finger-rest that is not integral to the scissor frame (A finger-rest is a part of the rings and is curved, B's finger-rest is a screw-in or staked-on brass straight post). Rest of the scissor is the same. Hope this helps.

Would these be good for trimming a mini Goldendoodle?

Absolutely not. Unless you're a trained groomer, these are much to sharp to be using. It's very easy to cut an animal's skin when you think you're only cutting hair. I would recommend looking for styles of scissors that are specifically marketed for at-home dog grooming and reduce the risk of cutting skin.

I have no idea. I use mine only on myself so it doesn't get heavy use.
