I was so excited to find these custom name prints on Amazon. Years ago I’d seen similar framed prints featured on “Oprah” as one of her favorite things. I really liked them but when I checked the website of the family business that was selling them, they were way out of my price range. So, finding the same type of print on Amazon at a reasonable price, made me really happy. I’ve ordered three different prints as gifts and the recipients loved them! The prints are beautiful and are printed on high quality photo paper. I love that it’s possible to order just the print and that a standard 20” x 10” frame fits them perfectly. Mindy does a really nice job packaging the prints so that they arrive well protected, rolled in a tube without creases. Working with Mindy was a very pleasant experience. She responded to my orders and inquiries very quickly even though it was the busy Christmas season. She happily and quickly made custom changes for me and once we finalized the letters, she mailed the packages right away. When the U.S. Postal Service completely messed up on the second order, Mindy was more than willing to do whatever she could to help. Long story short, it took 9 days for the package to arrive in my city (we are only one state apart), then the US Postal Service lost the package. On December 18th when the USPS admitted they didn’t know where they delivered the package, Mindy offered to reprint and resend the two prints so they’d (hopefully) arrive by Christmas. Thankfully, the next day I opened my front door to find that whoever received the package had left it at my front door. I can’t say enough about Mindy’s excellent customer service or these beautiful prints! I’ll happily order these prints again whenever I need a unique gift, plus I’m ordering two more (for myself this time), right after I post this review. If you’re considering these custom prints, don’t hesitate, just do it, you’ll be happy you did!

First off, the moment I saw these custom pictures I knew we needed to have one in our home! Almost as soon as I finished making my custom selections and clicked submit I was contacted by Mindy. She was very helpful and made the process very easy and fun! I was so excited. When I got the confirmation I was hoping that It would be delivered prior to Father's Day, but the arrival date was two weeks out... To my surprise it was delivered on the 10th.(Order placed on the 5th.) Even more beautiful in person and I couldn't wait to have it be opened. Needless to say, its already been hung up and it looks amazing!

This is a Father's Day gift for my Son-n-law. It turned out AMAZING!!! Possibly better than the one pictured. You personalize by getting choices of background and font. Then you pickout individual letters from a large array of VERY unique pictures that resemble the letter you need. It definitely is user friendly and you get final approval. So you see what you've created and can make any changes you like. One more piece of advise......buy the frame, it comes out perfect! Oh, the package is sent wrapped in lots of protective bubblewrap then in the box stamped fragile, so it arrives perfect!!

Way smaller than it appears on site....too expensive for size

This made a super fun shower gift for my niece. She loved it! Would buy again. Gave it a 4 because finding a frame was a bugger. If I buy again I will buy the frame directly from the seller.
