Soft and tasty chapatis
Best flower I have tried for making chapatis thusfar. I used to always get hard chapatis but with this flower they are nice and soft and easy to work dough, plus the low gluten makes it way more digestible. Bit of ghee and they are very tasty.

Expensive buys
The atta gives very good and tasty chapatis. They claim it to be organic too. But it is too expensive.

Weevils in kapli atta from.Twobrothers organic farm
Recently I purchased this Atta. After we opened the packet there were weevils in thr flour. Initially we thought it's some stray case. After a few days it has multipled. Eventhough the delivery was fast the quality was very poor. I now have to think twice before I buy this product again. If the supplier is sincere let him replace with fresh atta sans weevils. I took up this matter with the Two Brothers Organic farms and they sent a replacement , which is very much appreciated. I have given them now 5 star for having sorting out the problem by replacement.

The Quality has gone bad
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the atta I have received over my last four orders. When I first started purchasing from Two Brothers, the atta was exceptional. The chapatis were soft, flavorful, and easy to digest. That quality justified the premium price and was the reason I became a repeat customer. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated dramatically. The atta from my last four orders has been consistently poor. Even freshly made chapatis turn out rubbery, stretchy, and tough to chew. The texture is so unpleasant that it is worse than many of the cheapest atta brands available in the market. What concerns me most is that my parents, who are in their 80s, struggle to eat these chapatis. Food that should be soft and nourishing has become difficult for them to chew. For a brand that positions itself as traditional, ethical, and health-focused, this decline in quality is deeply disappointing. The obvious question is: what has changed? Has success led to compromises in sourcing, processing, or quality control? Many brands begin with strong values and exceptional products, only to start cutting corners as they grow. I sincerely hope that is not what is happening here. Premium prices create premium expectations. If the product being delivered is inferior to ordinary market atta, then customers are paying for a promise that is no longer being fulfilled. I would appreciate a genuine explanation and, more importantly, a serious review of your quality standards. Loyal customers supported this brand because of its commitment to authenticity and excellence. It would be a shame to see those principles sacrificed in pursuit of growth.

Not much difference with wheat flour.
Not much difference in sugar control. It is very costly but benefits claimed are not 100% correct.

Extremely over priced
How a 2 kg flour which is less than 500 rupees in India be sold at $80+ (6,000+ rupees) on Amazon. I can understand some price difference but this doesn’t justify. If I order and get shipped from India it’s only $15 and delivers much faster. Seriously feel scammed and not buying again!!
