Will this device separate water from UAN liquid fertilizer?

If the fertilizer is water soluble, no. If the fertilizer is not soluble in water then yes.

Can you use this with solvents to clean? I work with oils/brines/etc. and would need to fully clean it out with Toluene/Methanol.

Yes, BSG is resistant to almost everything except HF acid. Personally have used it with Toluene and Methanol with no issues.
