Words Aptly Spoken: Children's Literature Perfect Paperback – January 1, 2011

This is a great book, it was a good price and arrived quickly. I need it for school so I’m super happy to have it so soon. I highly recommend!

Wonderful questions to encourage dialogue about some great books.

Just a heads up, folks - you can get this book - brand spanking new - on the Classical Conversations website for $18.99.

Great book that arrived in good time. This is the second edition and for Classical Conversations you need the third edition. There are enough changes that it doesn’t line up if that’s why you’re purchasing this book. Otherwise, go for it! I should’ve looked closer at the published date. The edition wasn’t listed anywhere that I saw.

Although I really like that there are discussion questions, but there are no answers to any of the review questions and thought questions. Obviously some of the answers to thought questions may vary, but many are either right or wrong. For someone who is facilitating the discussions, it would be helpful especially if they don't remember the answers themselves. I really like the intro, Reading Practice, and Going Deeper portions regarding each book (that are used in Classical Conversations Challenge A).

This book was required for school. It's pretty awesome!
