While this doesn’t help you sleep and you shouldn’t eat it, it is AMAZING for joint pain and or muscle pain or cramps. It helps me so much before and after I run as I have osteoarthritis from a side effect of medications. I swear by this stuff, use it in combo with a topical ointment with lidocaine like a roll on or a spray and if you want to double do it you could also combine it with one with menthol, though it will make you smell, the combo helps GREATLY with pain. If I had to choose just one I would pick this one. It is odor free and honestly provides the best relief.

This spray is heaven on earth for sore muscles and helps with sleeping. The magnesium oil does sting a tad upon application, but it fades quickly. I will keep using this regularly as I’m addicted to working out!
