It’s also a nice way to make bath time more fun, since they work just as well in water play. Overall, a brilliant toy set for young Cars fans – colourful, interactive, and built to last.

The cars are brilliant. They are well made and look exactly like the characters. The colour changing works well, especially on Mater and Storm. McQueen has to be a bit colder to revert to red so at ambient temperature he is kind of orange. If they get dropped a lot over time the colour changing coating chips off a bit but they are still fun. The only negative is the packaging, it is just a plain cardboard box so as a gift looks a bit rubbish.

My son uses these in the bath as it works better and causes less mess than the Mack car wash. Changes colour fine but I would say they are expensive for what they are.

Good quality little cars, looks just like the movie.

Cars were bought for a 3yr old who naturally expected cars to change on contact with the water and he was so upset that this didn’t happen. Advert says change colour in cold and hot water what it doesn’t say is that you need a freezer to get back to original colour. Surely this is a false advert and these cars are not cheap and you do not expect poor quality. I have read other reviews and some say the same that the colour does not change in cold water. Leaflet inside box state cold should be 0-10 degrees but this is totally false you need a freezer.

I don’t think they’re worth £30 as they are very small.

I found these a bit expensive but my son was so excited to get them because it was a gift for potty training that I just bit the bullet and paid the $30. Best $30 I ever spent, he absolutely LOVES them, we are on day 4 of it keeping him busy from morning to night. Usually he's over new toys after a couple of days but this one he's still loving. They are very cool and change colours so easily in the water. Highly recommend

Great cars! My son loves the Disney/Pixar Cars movie and really enjoys playing with these. They arrived much earlier than estimated and made bath-time extra fun last night. They work the same way as other colour changing cars we have from other brands - you just need warm/hot water for them to change their colour effectively and then icy water for them to change their colour again. His bathwater was warm enough to change the colour of the cars and I kept a small bucket with ice-cubes near the bath and would drop these into a smaller cup with cold water in it that my son could access while in the bath. These cars kept him amused for ages. I would highly recommend them.
