Exactly what I was looking for!
This was a great value for what I was looking for. It is meant for cooking not seasoning after the meal is cooked like most soy sauces that I have used in the past. It doesn't add to much salt, just flavor. I made a great Umami broth for my ramen using this soy sauce, kombu and benito flakes (did NOT use the season pack that comes with the noodles). I also used the broth in my stir fry and other things in place of chicken stock. I have used this soy sauce to make great teriyaki as well. I am happy with purchase and I use this soy sauce a lot in cooking, so it makes me feel better that it's not loaded with salt!

Love using this product
I have to live a lower sodium lifestyle. But I also love cooking Asian foods. So i was very delighted to find a soy sauce product that was lower sodium than most that I could use to cook that still taste like soy sauce. I tried making my own and it just wasn't close to the same. I will say the packaging is less than desired so I will knock some points off for that. But this product lasts awhile and I recommend it if you need soy sauce thats a good bit less sodium

Low sodium and great flavor!
As far as I can tell this is the lowest sodium soy sauce available on Amazon. I've tried some low sodium options in the past that weren't that tasty but this one knocks it out of the park. It has that great aged flavor that you find in the higher end Japanese sauces with a good price and far less sodium. I highly recommend it!

Great soy sauce for reducing sodium
The taste of this soy sauce is good and it has far less sodium than other brands. It has allowed us to make dishes we could never had made using the brands available in our grocery store, even the "less sodium" versions. I was concerned it would taste like it was watered down, but it is full flavored
