not sure how long it will take to work
These come in capsules similar to fish oil but there is no fishy taste. However, you will need to take 4 of them instead of 2 with fish oil. There are some ingredients I recognize that are also in fish oil. I have chronic dry eye and my doctor recommended taking fish oil regularly to help with that. It's hard to tell if it actually works because I still dry eyes at the end of the day after staring at a monitor for many hours; however, if I stop taking fish oil for a few days, I can really tell that my eyes feel a lot more uncomfortable. I think this supplement works the same way. If I take it regularly, the condition is tolerable, if I don't, it will get worse. I've been taking these for about and my condition has been the same, which is good. I like that these capsules don't have the fishy taste; however, I don't like that I have to take 4 of them instead of 2 like with fish oil. The price is also a lot higher than fish oil, which is why I would go back to taking fish oil instead of this. However, if you absolutely can't tolerate the fishy taste then this is a good option for you.

The capsules are very big and the results for me aren’t good.
It’s hard to write a review for a product like this after a couple weeks but I’ve seen enough to warrant it. But always keep in mind that supplements work differently for everyone and what doesn’t work for me may be great for you. If you have trouble swallowing pills this supplement IS NOT FOR YOU. These are the biggest capsules I’ve ever taken and I’m not a young man. I have no problem swallowing pills but these gave me a bit of concern. As for the results, I found I was getting more moisture yes but it was rather gummy. Sorry for the grossness but it has to be said. I’ve discontinued taking them and have returned to normal. So there it is. They do what they say they’ll do but the results weren’t the kind of moisture I was looking for. Hope this is helpful to you and enjoy your day.

Seems promising, albeit a little pricey
I ordered this in the hope that if would help with dry eyes. I have only just started taking it, so it is too early to tell who good it would be. Having said that, I like that it packs a high dose of Omega-3's, specifically 600mg EPA and 400mg DHA. It also contains various helpful ingredients that may help with eye comfort, hydration, and inflammation. The softgels are large but not difficult to swallow. Though you'll need to take 4 softgels per serving. On the plus side, no fishy aftertaste or burps. This comes packaged in an opaque plastic bottle, double sealed. This is a 30-day supply. It contains soy, and fish. I like that the Omega-3 fatty acids are in the triglyceride form which is more potent and bioavailable. No mention of where it is made though. For the current price of $1.57 per serving, it is a little on the pricey side. Hopefully, it would help relieve dry eyes. Anyway, I'll continue the course and see how it goes. So far so good. I'm giving it 4 stars for now.

Helping with my dry eye problems
I'm 75 and I have had problems with dry eyes for a couple of years. The optometrist has prescribed different ointments, but nothing has really helped. All of a sudden, my eyes will start burning like fire and the only way I can relieve the pain is to wash them out with soap and water. I am trying out this dry eye relief 1000 pill. After a week I think that my eyes are better; I haven't had a burning eyes episode this week yet, so I am hoping that the pills are helping! 4 soft gel pills all at once or 2 soft gel pills twice a day with meals. So, in 30 days I should know for sure if these are helping. I am willing to try anything to stop the dry eye burning sensation events. Thanks for making this product available.

They Seem to Work for Me
These are hard to review because efficacy can be hard to measure. However, I do believe this have helped me. I have dealt with dry eyes most of my life. It definitely gets worse because I work in a room that is kept cold for the large computers. Having tested these out for a few weeks, my eyes do seem to be doing better at the end of the day. They are large pills that are difficult to swallow but that's really unavoidable with fish oil. The taste is also neutral so no problems or benefits there.

Too Expensive/No One Size Fits All/Lots Of Omega-3s But Too Little Servings/Okay
I’ve decided to rate these vitamins four stars. However, it may be different for others. I will share my own personal experience after weeks of taking them. I did notice some changes after taking these vitamins and feel they worked for me.; these vitamins are preservative free, non gmo, peanut free and more (For those who want to know these are made in the USA in an FDA registered facility). They help with dry eye but also support the heart. I believe there are better options; it is still good to keep something like this around for support. The vitamins are not a replacement for the doctor or extra measure you may need to take; these vitamins should compliment a healthy lifestyle so you get all the necessary benefits. For example, drinking enough water or using preservative free eye drops for dry eyes. One thing I also liked is the amount of Omega-3 fatty acids the vitamins contain. Lastly, the only reason I deducted one star was because of the price. You get 120 soft gels per bottle and have to take 4 per day (this means the vitamins would only last a month). I would continue to buy if the price decreased or the amount of soft gels increased. Overall, there’s probably better choices out there; they did work for me, and I would still give them a try first before making a decision. The price is what I found the least appealing.
