How do i select a 6 watt 12 volt version as you have just listed all the options

Hello, this is a 12V12W adapter, it will be compatible for any adapter below 12W but MUST be 12V. Because high power will be more safety.

Does this adapter have a memory function built in so the lights stay on the last setting used when switched off and on again?

When you turn off the power it resets it self

is this for a 1 pin or 2 pin connection? I'm after a 2 pin

Yes, this is the model of adapters with 2 pins.
