For the price these are totally fine. I would say the "weight" ratings are on the low end. For example, the "extra heavy" band is really the minimum band I would use for something like "monster walks" / "lateral walks" but if you haven't been doing them very long or are recovering from an injury or older than you'll probably appreciate that the other bands go down to quite a low resistance. I put them just below my knees on bare skin and they don't slip (I've got hair on my legs but I'm not a wooly mammoth) but obviously they aren't as grippy as the fabric style of resistance band (that are usually more expensive) and I've found those fabric bands have a maximum stretch to them and these seem to stretch much further than those. So I prefer these rubber style bands for things like monster walks. Honestly they're rubber bands so there's not a ton more that I can say. I would say the most defining feature is that they are not on the higher end of offered resistance (even extra heavy isn't that thick) but that I didn't find they slip. But then obviously if you're doing an exercise where they are fighting gravity and you don't keep a certain amount of resistance they will fall!

These bands are really great as a workout tool. I broke my ankle almost a yr & a 1/2 ago & still can't walk (my ligaments & tendons & muscles are damaged & SLOWLY healing) so I got these for a variety of reasons (physical therapists use these but I can't afford a P.T. so I do it on my own) to build my muscles (also on high quality protein for muscle building & strength & Collagen for all it does plus to repair my ligaments & tendons) & these aid the protein. So they're made super strong very flexible came overnighted (had a problem with the delivery person tho so it was a day late ugh) & I luv what Resistance bands do. I use the 2 light levels (green & yellow) for most of the reps. I use the lightest (yellow) level for P.T. on my foot for trying to get it to flex. Gonna take some time I'm 64 & need to be careful not to redamage my ankle. I gave the 2 heavy levels (red is heavy & blk is Extra heavy) to my son who isn't a SM boy he's very strong & works out so it's perfect for him in-between gym trips. Very good quality & they stretch pretty far & as far as the Resistance will go. I highly recommend em. I wanted to add that this sm co has the most amazing incredibly caring customer service. They truly have a compassionate heart they did 2 super nice things for me (won't say what cause they might not be able to do the same for others as others situations could be different from mine but trust me it was an incredible thing. They know what it is 👍🏻👍🏻💞💜) as it was out of the blue. I truly appreciate it & them. Highly endorse these bands & no bad issues with them & the quality of the bands & holding up is awesome. they are easy to use. the different resistance levels make it easy to chiose a different band for more or less resistance based on the body part and exercise. The material is slick enough so it doesnt cause added friction such as around the thigh area. It glides overnyour clothes rather than catching and giving unwanted/ added friction and resistance. I only wish they could be a tad bit wider. Same thickness and resistance, just wider. They roll up a tiny bit instead of remaining wide and flat up against the thigh when using for thigh exercises. I'm only like a size 6 so I dont have extra fat causing it to roll up. Im still able to perform the exercise but it might give more even resistance if wider rather than rolling up into more of a rubber band. Still like them though good buy and use for the price! I would still recommend them to add resistance to exercises where I would otherwise be using bodyweight only.

You get a set of 5 bands for a very affordable price. I wanted to go out and get a little bit of a home 'mini gym' setup out but we didn't have the space for full sized machinery or elliptical and had to make do with more compact things, but these work great. You can store 5 of them in a bag about the size of an apple, and as a bonus they're also very tight and compact and come with a assortment of levels. Each band has a different thickness and resistance, with the smallest about as thin as a piece of paper and the black one about the thickness of a plate. I was also pleasantly surprised it came out with a exercise kit as well. Everything from adding it to a exercise or to stretch out your legs during yoga, or even power lifts by strapping a band under a thigh and lifting it. Since there's multiple too, there's nothing stopping you from putting one on your arms and working out your leg. And for relaxation you can even exercise while you're at a chair. My younger brother was skeptical at first about it, but after i showed him he could be a trebuchet he smiled and laughed and put them on swiveling out on a chair shooting out little snacks and chew toys for our dog to chase and it was a hit!

Honestly you would think that for only 7$ these bands wouldn’t be that good, that they would be cheap. But I feel bad for only paying this much. This product is so much better than what I thought it would be. Who knew resistance bands could make you so happy. The different weight bands are really nice because you can go from using small resistance to something more challenging in matter of seconds. The carrying case is so small i can bring it anywhere and its very practical. It even comes with instructions with some workouts you can do. I like it because I can use my own bands at the gym instead of the ones there. If you are looking for resistance bands these are the ones for you, the one downside for some people is that they do tend to roll up during certain exercises but it honestly doesn’t matter to me. This is a perfect product for someone who doesn’t want to do anything intensive, with any activity/experience level, and wants to have something that can be used for many exercises.

I bought these without having ever used anything close to resistance bands before and they've been part of my daily workout for the last month. It's amazing how many uses you can find for them! So far I've mostly been training with the yellow and green ones (low resistance) and I can't find anything negative to say about them. They're great for home workouts and stretches, and take away the need to use gym equipment if you don't have a membership. In essence, if you're looking for resistance bands, I can definitely vouch for the quality of those ones!

The Link resistance bands arrived on time and I was pleased with their quality and the support received from Limm. The Pro bands would have been more suitable as the current ones are good for Therapy and Rehab.

The bands have a nice resistance in the stretch, each one has a noticeable difference in the amount of resistance. Even the lightest band still offers a good beginner workout to build strength. I'm very happy with the purchase and the carrying bag that came with them. A pamphlet comes with the bands to help get started with exercises, also included is a link to a website that has even more great information. Overall it is a great package.
