This stuff is no joke high octane brain jet fuel, but **do your research on it.** Do not take it more than 2 (maybe 3) times a week. It substantially increases acetylcholine, which can cause down regulation if you take it too frequently. I save it for intense writing and deep research/study days. Take at least a full week off every 4 weeks. Pairs extremely well with Uridine + CDP-Choline + Phosphatidylserine. Together they make a radical difference in focus, learning, and memory. The closest thing I’ve experienced to pharmaceuticals, if not better.
