Its nice n worķs well..i use it as a pre workout and intra workout..gives strength to workout for longer and doesnt let u get thirsty so much .. and glutamine in this helps for recovery ..Only one small issue i had was dt one side seal tape was opened ..but silver pouch inside was as it is no not a big deal and after using it for few days i realised that it can increase heartbeat and beta alaine content in this can cause irrregular urinary problems

This is a good energy drink with important ingredients added.Sugar content is bit high.20g per 750ml water is right,20g plus would be too sweet.Sugar should be reduced and other vitamins should be added.Cost should be reduced and servings/kg should be increased.These steps could make it a very competitive energy drink.

I am a core gymer and reading reviews i took a chance to buy but looks like i wasted 499/- completely for a mango syrup. I would have gone for a mango tang which will b a better replacement. This company should be completely shut down based on thw qualitu.Guys please dont waste your money on this.
