Bought this mainly for low-carb and keto baking, and it's been really good so far. The flour is finely ground, making it much easier to use in cakes, pancakes, and other recipes without ending up with a grainy texture. The almond flavour is mild and natural, and it blends well with other ingredients. I've used it for everything from baking to coating chicken, and the results have been consistently good. The downside is that almond flour is naturally more expensive than regular flour, and the bag can be a bit awkward to reseal once opened. Certainly worth trying.
I tried this out of curiosity and was delighted by the result. I made fairy cakes and also mixed some with my bread flour. Cakes were lovely and light with no strong taste of almonds and the bread was a lighter texture with more 'spring'. Worth trying.
