Adore Shining Semi Permanent Hair Color Mystic Gray (158), 118ml

I used royal grey on a reddish previously dyed hair. The best results I have achieved with this hair dye, is in dry hair, posing for 45 minutes wrapped in plastic film. Then I used cold water to rinse off, and I have used a blue conditioner for silver hair. Avoid shampoo for 5 days if you can, and use a blue shampoo for silver hair to enhance the color. I really like it. But bear in mind that isn't lasting very long.

If your hair is bleached, this Will leave you with green and blue blotches ! It is not grey . Desperately wish I hadn't tried it without a test streak. I've been Violet. I've been petrol blue... my hair was palest blonde. I used two bottles to saturated with colour. It's so bad.

Put on dry hair for 13 minutes and I have blue and green blotches - I did a strand test and it was fine - my hair hasn’t been bleached previously. Avoid the grey!

Wow. This has so much colour, much more than my usual hair dye! Lots in the bottle too! (get yourself a bowl and some gloves) I am just waiting to see how it fairs after the next wash but so far so good! FYI don't shampoo when you rinse it. Ignore the bottle!

My hair was blonde and it just made my hair dark.

I put the mystic grey colour on my bleached hair. Ends were at a level 10, and the roots were at a level 8ish. My roots did reach a (very slightly yellowish) grey colour, as expected. However, the level 10 hair went similar to their ‘periwinkle’ colour. Luckily I am a fan of this — but it was not what I was expecting!

I was a little nervous after seeing reviews talking about blue tones but I didnt have this problem. I would suggest really adhering to the time (15mins) specified when going for grey colours as any longer and your hair will oversaturate the blue tones in the dye and override the grey effect. Other colours you can get away with leaving longer I think! Lovely tone, same as bottle and less damaging to hair. Very happy!

The color is more like a mystic blue. If you expect to have gray color from this product please do not buy but it does give you nice navy blue hair.

This company makes great hair color. Covers gray easily. Chose your colors carefully though. It stains porcelain so be careful about bathroom vanities or any flooring. Make sure you wash it out thoroughly. I used the copper color and my bathroom looks like a crime scene. It was bloody red!!

I got Mystic Grey. It was a tad purple for a day and then after I washed it, it went perfect silver (on lightened hair). Would recommend for a semi silver.
