This is a must have! Everyone experiences constipation sooner or later!
I rarely suffered from constipation in my lifetime until post menopause. I was literally suffering on and off for a couple weeks. Finally admitting to myself I need help. I read the reviews on this supplement and thought okay, I’ll give it a try. So glad I did!!!!!!! On the day it arrived I took one before bed. The next morning I could feel things start to progress. And then late morning success! On the second day I did not take one and had some constipation until the early evening. So that evening I took a pill before bedtime and it worked faster than the first pill. As for no cramping, it’s absolutely true! Well until right before I had “to go”. But it wasn’t the type of cramping you get when you’re running to the bathroom thinking what did I eat to make this happen. I recommend this supplement to anyone who is experiencing constipation! I know everyone is different, all situations are different, reasons for constipation are different, but I suggest giving this a try. Planning to always take this supplement with me when traveling just in case I need it. Might purchase a second bottle to keep in my travel bag. I wish I could give this product a hundred stars. It works!!!!

Very good product
This product is impressive. I had not gone for many days. I used a fleet enema that did nothing so I knew I was in trouble. I've had constipation issues my whole life. I ordered this after reading the reviews. Took 2 first night with no results or discomfort. Took 2 the 2nd night and the next day things started moving. No cramps or anything. Took 2 the 3rd night and everything cleared out. No pain or cramps. It's phenomenal. Very impressed and relieved.

Effective
This stuff works! It took me a few weeks to figure out the right dosing. I take one capsule 3 times a week and that is the right strength. It is pricey, but it works and I have been more comfortable, so it’s worth it.
