Does the little mesh tote bag hook onto the stool? Or is it meant to hook onto the shower head?

It hooks on to the stool so the person showering doesn’t have to get up and move around.

What is the weight limit on this?

My husband had fallen in the shower a couple of times, then I got the shower chair for him and I instructed him to sit on the chair and use the handheld shower head. This helped him a lot. When I bought the chair he weighed about 220 lbs. He ALS and this was very necessary. At the time of his passing on July 19, 2021, he then weighed about 190 lbs. I have cleaned the chair up and we have a family member that will eventually need this, as he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and I will be handing it down to him. This chair was a life saver for my husband and me. Thank you, and I hope this helps you.
