This is maybe the best supplement anyone could take. This is the original. Victor Conte developed the first ZMA supplement. I know there are other brands but this is the only one that is truly effective for rest and recovery. I sleep like a rock and don't wake up tired and sore. Even if you don't exercise heavily, this is a supplement everyone should try. Completely natural and no side effects combined with better sleep, I recommend it highly.

l've been taking this for several years. First know that this will help you get a good deep sleep. It will not put you to sleep, but once you are asleep it will give you a good night's sleep. Also I have experienced strange dreams from the magnesium. Strange dreams is a known side effect of magnesium.

I've purchased this many times now and I love it. Knocks me out much faster than melatonin, seems to help digestion, and leaves you with a quick rebound for muscle pain and slightly improved mood in the mornings. It does cause some crazy vivid dreams, but not stressful ones, and for men, you will wake up umm...ready for the days action if you know what I mean. Over all a great purchase worth every penny. The bottle lasts a while so it's not something your constantly splurging on which is nice. You get more than enough to make it worth the money.

I find that this helps me fall asleep, but doesn’t help me stay asleep. The first time I used it I woke up after 2 hours and felt energized after. The 2nd time I used it I slept for 5 hours. This is sleeping during the daytime btw. I don’t take sleep aids every night, just when I am desperate for sleep. I personally would not repurchase this. 2 people who have regular night sleep schedules recommended this to me. I need something that will put me in a deeper sleep.

I don’t know what it is about the ingredients in this product compared to some of the others, but it works really well. I go to sleep quickly and wake up feeling rested. I tried using a different ZMA that has Boron in it, but that one did nothing. After 2 nights, I purchased another bottle of this.

Take it every day.

On the first night I slept as I normally do but woke up feeling recovered and ready for another hard workout.
