Good for traction
These socks worked well to keep my dog from slipping but it seemed like they fell off somewhat easily. They weren't exactly practical for me as they had to be removed when my dog would go outside so that they would stay clean. Then they'd have to be put back on when he came in. Too much of a hassle in the end.

A Game-Changer for My Senior Dachshund's Mobility on Hardwood Floors!
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Anti-Slip Socks for Dogs and I couldn't be happier with the results. As the proud owner of a 13-year-old dachshund who suffers from both arthritis and hip dysplasia, I've been on a constant search for ways to improve his quality of life. These socks have been an absolute game-changer!Our home has mostly hardwood floors, which have always been a challenge for my fur baby. His wobbly gait and lack of grip made it difficult for him to walk with confidence, often leading to slips and falls. I knew I had to find a solution to make him feel secure and stable on those slippery surfaces. That's when I stumbled upon these anti-slip socks, and they have been a true blessing. The socks fit snugly and comfortably on his paws, providing an exceptional grip on the hardwood floors. The high-quality materials are soft and gentle, ensuring my dachshund's comfort throughout the day.The difference these socks have made in my dog's mobility is remarkable. He now walks around the house with newfound confidence and stability. It's heartwarming to see him moving freely without the fear of sliding or injuring himself. I can tell he's much happier and more at ease as he navigates the house with ease.Furthermore, the socks have proven to be durable and long-lasting. They have held up remarkably well, even after repeated use and washings. The elastic bands keep the socks securely in place, so I don't have to worry about them slipping off or becoming loose during my dog's activities.I also appreciate the attention to detail in the design. The vibrant and fun patterns not only add a touch of personality but also help prevent my dog's socks from getting mixed up with other household items. Plus, they're just adorable! If you have a senior dog or one with mobility issues, I highly recommend these anti-slip socks. They have made a significant positive impact on my dachshund's life, allowing him to move comfortably and confidently on our hardwood floors. These socks are a small investment that brings immense joy and peace of mind to both my furry friend and me. Thank you, Anti-Slip Socks for Dogs, for creating such a wonderful product!

My senior lab seems to like them.
These are nice but I do wish there was a bit more traction. The socks do slide around a little bit and the traction is missing from the sides. I added some traction with hot glue, and they were better. My senior lab wears these without complaint. She doesn't mind them at all unlike the rubber ones I have purchased in the past.

didn't think my old beagle would allow these to stay on but since we have vynl floors he understands that they help him to get around

Not Bad
My 17 year old Pomeranian has been slipping on our hardwood floors. He also has a hard time getting up from lying down and his back legs are weak. These were very helpful in this aspect. When I put them on, he hasn’t slipped once! I wish the socks had non slip traction around the entire sock since his keeps slipping around. I’m also afraid that it may cut off his circulation so I’m monitoring him. I do see that these are going to be very useful as time goes on and I definitely would buy them again if needed!

These work beautifully for a slipping Senior Dog
I was planned on making something like these before I found them on Amazon. Wow, changed from slipping on hardwood floors and falling, while taking a corner to fast to nearly back to her old self and good traction. It is truly sad to see a former very athletic dog have problems just walking when her hind end goes out from her. She looks at be bewildered that she fell - like I had something to do with it. Her body just isn't performing as it use to do and that confuses her. Getting old sucks for dogs too.I am ordering another couple sets as a sock goes missing now and again. The vortex of lost socks apparently applies to dog booties too. I have tried several other types of booties with hard soles. They have never worked for me. The dogs ended up walking off the sole and onto the sock part of the bootie. These I leave on 24/7 and I think she realized they help her as she has never once attempted to take them off. They would be pretty easy for a determined dog to remove. Well ventilated so not worried about her getting some type of fungus or hot spots.CAUTION: Please be careful about over tightening the velcor straps. This can cut off the circulation and result in "fat foot". I once tried to keep a sock on a former dog. The was was covering a wound. She kept getting them off. I got frustrated and used Coban elastic wrap to keep the sock on. She woke me up at 3:00am crying and her foot was the size of my hand. I cut them off immediately and felt horrid. It took about 6 hours for her foot to return to it's normal size. So just a word of caution. Better to loose a sock or have to put them on again than give your dog fat foot.

Didn't work for my guy
These are a great concept, and I got them so my elderly guy could wear them for extended periods of time unlike what was suggested for the shoes. They came off pretty quick though or were just dragging or twisting while he walked. It may have just been his paws though? He's a 70lb basset mix

They Work - no more burnt feet
I bought size - small - for a miniature Schnauzer. He lives with my sister in Greece and the patio can get way too hot for him to pop out for a wee. I thought they might be too small but they are perfect. People stop them in the street to comment on them. They have wildfires over there right now as it's over 40 degrees and they are a godsend! He won't go out without them now. And of course they get snow in winter so they will keep him warm then, too. The little velcro straps mean he keeps them on. He was a bit unsure at first so they put one on for a while and then added another and he did not resist at all or try to pull them off. Loves them.

They work!
I was a little doubtful these socks would actually work.My senior dog has lost strength in his back legs and was struggling to get up from hard floors. These have made a massive difference and took years off him! Delighted with them and will be buying more for spares.

Excellent slippers
My retriever didn’t seem to mind wearing them and they certainly helped him walk on the kitchen tiles without slipping.

Helps my dog walk on laminate flooring
I got these for my 8 year old goldendoodle who had had a few slips on the laminate floors and was very cautious and wary about walking on them. Unfortunately she managed to bite the buttons and straps off in the first few days, but with perseverance is now leaving them alone. I no longer put the straps on and although the front ones stay on fine, the back ones do slip down and come off. Despite this she does have more traction and is more confident in walking on the floors. We have developed a routine for getting them on and she appears happy with this. They have washed well too. Overall, I am happy with this product as it allows my dog to walk more confidently on the laminate floors. The only thing to improve them would be if they came in different lengths. I feel if the back sock was longer, it would stay on better.
