Really impressed with this item. Looks good compared to other models, nice slim size, and does the job. It’s cools quickly and perfect for most medium sized rooms. The noise is a little loud when used to full capacity but like the instructions say you don’t need to have it set on 18 which costs more to run and in my opinion pointless. As a result I have mine on 22-24 and it’s not to loud, you can sleep with it on. The remote control and sleep mode work well. The only problem I had was fitting the exhaust tube through my window, as my window is not a slider. After investing a further £15 on a window fitting kit I now have the perfect air conditioner and at a decent price on Amazon 👍

This thing is a lifesaver in the summer, works great as an air conditioner, cooler, and dehumidifier all in one. It's pretty quiet too, though I wouldn't run it overnight. The best part is how easy it is to use - just stick it near a window with the seal kit and you're good to go. The design's really nice looking and made of quality plastics. Delivery was a bit of a nightmare, but that's not the product's fault.

I struggle with hyperhidrosis and cannot stand the heat! On a hot day when it gets to 30c in my home this can get it down to 20c in a few minutes. It has wheels to move from room to room, and handles to carry but it is quite heavy so getting it up and down stairs can be tiring. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and you can control the direction of airflow and the ideal temperature. The dehumidifier is also of a great quality and keeps us comfortable during hot and sticky days! Also very efficient for helping to dry washing indoors by removing the humidity.

Cools down the room well, but it's placed in a small room to regulate temperature for my hamster in the summer. It can cool the room down to 22C when it's 30C outside. Thermostat function is good. I have been using it to dehumidifier the house in the winter and it is really very efficient at that. The only downside is it is quite loud when it is running. I don't use it in the bedroom but I think the noise would be acceptable as loud white noise once you get used to it.

Reviewing this 2 years after purchase - I cant fault it, its amazing. I use this Aircon almost every day for about 5 to 8 hours, I need to because it gets very warm in my gaming room which has high end PC running in for work/gaming. It keeps my entire room just as cool as it did on the very first day, despite my warranty running out I feel very confident that this will last a long time, just make sure you keep on top of cleaning the back mesh where dust collects every 1-2 weeks, that really is the key to making it last longer. I'd say the noise level is appropriate for what it does, i use headphones and the sound never comes through the mic, never bothers me. It's perfect for any room and they made it incredibly easy to use. I always get compliments when people walk into my room and feel how nice a cool it is. well done russell hobbs.

Noisy, but not much over the mentioned 64db (is not intended to stay next to it) Good quality plastics, nice looking and suitable for most room size. I expect reasonable electricity consumption and by far is best buy here. The bad, delivery by DPD was hell, first day they claimed nobody was on property(photo evidence shows they where half mile from my place) second day the DPD employee came dragging the box and kicking the hell out of it(he was not using a well trolley or similar as per instruction on the box (see photo) The device was well packed, no damage, but I am sure they flat the box due to marks of drag on the side of the box (again instructions on the box)

Not a bad price however there are NO moving parts. Even the remote has a swing button on it which makes the unit beep when pressed but there are no parts that move other than the spinning fan itself, you angle it manually amazon gave me a partial refund because of this. Other than this it works. It cools and it is very good as a dehumidifier. A bit loud so couldn't run it over night but during the day it's great

Easy to install the window kit. I have this in my bedroom and it has been brilliant in the heatwave. My bedroom is like an icebox. Would recommend this model. It has a remote control so easy on and off.
