What is the max capacity in litres?

My percolator is the 8 cup size. It takes 1.6 litres to fill to the mark. I therefore assume the 12 cup size will take 2.4 litres (2oo mls per cup).

Is this suitable for an induction hob? (ie) it has to have a base that is magnetic, tested with a magnet?

It is not suitable as its base is wide. Always place the percolator corectly sized buner. Do not use a burner larger than the diameter of the base of the percolator.

Does this have a UK plug?

This does not have a plug. Coffee is made by cooking on the stove.
