One of the ingredients listed is sweet almond oil and almonds are high in vitamin E. So, yes, it does contain Vitamin E.

Q: Anybody with eczema used this and helps?

This winter my hands and forearms got so dry, I didn't just have cracking but also small and big red patches. I can't say if it's eczema since it hasn't been tested, however, putting this on at night before bed skin is instantly soft and in the morning the redness is almost gone. I need to put it on twice a day and have no doubt it would take away the itchy, red dry skin completely.
