Pampers UnderJams Disposable Bedtime Underwear for Boys, Size L/XL, 42 Count, Super Pack

My son has been using other brands of night time underwear for a while and they just weren't working. Even when I doubled them, he'd leak through. Any parent who frequently experiences this knows how frustrating it is to have their child wake up in the middle of the night, soaked in urine. At 3 a.m. (or whatever ungodly hour), I would be forced to wake up to clean up my child. I'd have to wipe him down with a cloth or if it's really bad bathe him, start a load of laundry for his blankets, and heaven forbid, his special "blankie" is affected by the mess. Then I would end up doing the very thing that I have been trying to wean him off of: have him sleep in my bed... I purchased these Under Jams after, yet another night of leakage. (It really interferes with my sleep.) In a very frustrated, sleep deprived stupor, I had decided that I had enough of my regular "go-to" brand and decided to try these. I have to say that I am ecstatic that I did. I received these 7 days ago and though there have been some nightly accidents, I haven't had to clean a urine soaked child or bedding even once. These Bedtime Underwear fit my 39 pound five year old just right. They are really absorbent and keep him dry. Other than a child that doesn't wet at all, these things are wonderful. They really are a nightsaver.

UnderJams are the ONLY nighttime disposable underwear that has NEVER leaked! Any other(probably every brand and store brand you can imagine), waste of money, and time(washing all bedding far too many times from leaks) that I will never go through again. Under jams for properly, ABSORBS all, zero leaks, no tearing, and as I was told by my kid wearing them “ they just feel right Ma’!”. I’m a 1x weekly bedding washer, and with these- I can remain that way opposed to 4-5xs a week with (too many to list) other Brands/store versions.

I'm comparing this product to Huggies Pull-Ups which is what I used before. For nighttime. My son is 4 years old, a little taller than average. The Pull-ups size 4T-5T was too narrow/tight and didn't go on easily so I went looking for an alternative. Leakage: so far two weeks of no leaking. Occasionally he used to leak with the Pull-ups when he had a really wet night, so I was concerned while reading the negative reviews, but the UnderJams are holding up fine and maybe even better because they fit him better. Comfort: much better than Pull-ups. Even when he was younger and the those used to fit him alright, they still didn't "sit well" on him and the UnderJams have a much better, very comfortable fit. Also, for some reason the UnderJams don't feel as "full" and "heavy" in the mornings as the Pull-Ups did, I think the wetness is distributed more evenly. Which is nice. Fit: this was the initial reason I switched. I bought the small/medium UnderJams and it is exactly the improvement I was looking for over the 4T-5T Pull-Ups. the sides are less narrow, stretchier and it goes on more easily. It still sits snugly on him for leakage protection. Other than being wider, the overall size is the same, and that's exactly what I was looking for. Overall these UnderJams exceeded my expectations! Now if I could only get my son trained overnight, that would be awesome!

Love that these are big enough to fit my big-for-his-age 3 year old after he outgrew smaller sizes. Prefer to other brands we tried that all leaked. These are very absorbent and usually don't leak, but we do put down a pad too because sometimes they leak at the waist. Sad thing is they are not "full". I think he's just skinny and there's enough of a gap if he sleeps on his belly.

So, I have a 4 year old. Night time peeing became a thing after a tough vacation. I have had him in pull ups only at night. Was unhappy with the pull ups - they all seemed to irritate my sons skin if he had a 'full' night and his pull up was packed to the rim. I know he will grow out of this soon, but I wanted something else. These do not feel like real underwear - so whoever says that needs to stop. They feel like softer paper diapers basically. However, outside of that, they did amazing! My son had the biggest 'full' night last night and not only did it hold, his skin was NOT irritated!!! Whoo hoo! I bought the smalls so he has some growth room (he is already 40lbs and almost 40 inches tall). So, try them! I know they will not work for everyone - every kid is different etc. But these worked for us. I am happy.

I use these diapers for what most people may consider an unusual use, but we have an English Bulldog who was born with Spina Bifida, which makes him incontinent. These are the PERFECT diapers for him. They fit him perfect. Being made for boys, it has the extra absorption in the front which is a great help . I tried so many different diapers and brands and never found anything that worked until I discovered these. One diaper, one belly band and 2 mitten clips and he is good to go. Amazon's 20% discount is awesome, I get 2 cases a month delivered to my house for much less than I can buy these diapers for anyplace else.

I have a 9 year old son with autism, who will only make a bowel movement in a diaper and although he uses the toilet to urinate he still needs to wear a diaper to bed in case he has an accident. So basically we go through 62 diapers a month. I was spending a fortune on Huggies Goodnites since they were the best brand we had found. I decided to give Pampers Underjams a try. I could not be more pleased. They hold up to accidents overnight and are sturdy and dont rip apart at the seams when putting on like cheaper brands have. They cost way less than Goodnites and are every bit as efficient. We just ordered our second box.

The Small/Medium underjams are bit large on my 4 year old but hey, they work great! No leaks. No mess. No hassle! My son weighs 31lbs (yes he is small) and I found the smaller size pampers were tight around his waist and would leave marks in his skin after his day at school. They also did not hold his urine, creating many accidents. These underjams however are amazing and hold a lot!!

I standby underjams for my grandson. He is Almost night trained. But if he makes a mistake these underjams are great. No problem with leakage And he says they are comfortable !

I love how they fit and hold pee. We use them for night and day. Monthly order always on time

These work great. My son is a very large 2 year old (43lbs) and these fit him great. He also gets to feel like a big boy when wearing them. They absorb quite a bit, are easily removed, and do not produce any scent.
