MasterPieces 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle for Adults, Family, Or Youth - A Sunday On La Grande Jatte - 19.25"x26.75"

Great thickness of cardboard with good printing/color on the well-glued facing. Sharp and clean cuts of pieces. I was excited to do this puzzle because this is my favorite painting ever, but thank you Seurat, pointillism is insanely hard to do as a puzzle. There is a repeat of color patterns frequently throughout the painting and with small pieces and lots of dots, it is very difficult to discern the generally 'geography' of pieces (no little 'hints' in the images). There are also many irregularly cut pieces which amps up the challenge. I've only been able to place 2-4 pieces for every 20-30 min I put in and I'm still struggling with the edges (I have some small middle sections done)! This is definitely not a family puzzle that gets knocked out over one evening. I've been working on it for over a month and I'm still not done, although in recent days, have been losing my enthusiasm for the challenge. I'm leaving it out because I'm not a quitter! But if I'm still not done by the holidays (it's now August), it's going to have to get packed up.

This puzzle is beautiful. Very well made! The cut pieces are sharp and precise, the colors are true and the linen-like finish adds an interesting eye-appeal. I am excited to complete this. picture and will frame it. It arrived days earlier than expected also!

This was one of the more difficult puzzles that I have done due to the pointillism style the painting was done in. When people complain about the not clear image…that’s the style of the painting! This is actually my favorite painting and I was going to get a print of it to hang it the house but now I’m going to glue the puzzle and hang it!

Poor quality. Print isn't very sharp. The "linen" texture makes it harder to see the colors. No letters on the back, just unfinished paper, which peels easily. The pieces don't click into place and often have a gap that can make you think they don't fit. I can't say if any pieces are missing, but after doing a quarter of it, I still haven't found all the edge pieces. It's a challenging puzzle because of the art, but the poor quality make it harder and less fun. I will not buy this brand again.

Good puzzle. Don’t drop pieces on the floor if you have dogs though. Ended up missing 3 pieces and reconstructing some after pulling them out of 2 of our dogs mouths. Still searching the back yard for the remaining 3. Will update when found.

This was a tough puzzle. That is not the problem. The last piece remaining was not the missing piece, it was a duplicate puzzle piece! The shape was different, so it was put together properly. So I ended up with two of the same piece and one missing. Poor quality control!

This puzzle is pretty challenging and when I was just about done, I noticed a piece was missing. I contacted the email on the box and received a replacement puzzle pretty quickly, awesome customer service. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would buy this brand again.

There's a strip top and bottom where maybe it wasn't cut right right because there's another pattern showing through but that just helps you tell those pieces from the sides. Cut unevenly too which also makes it easier.
