Hannibal Season 2 Volume 1 Soundtrack

Its the Psychology of these episodes that make so fascinating for me. Yes its gory and I don't need that but this show is so much more than gore. Its deep and very heady. The acting is some of the best that I have seen! Im not a fan of gore....I much more prefer things like "Downton Abbey" But this series is so intellectually stimulating that I really enjoy it.

Amazing music.However... I can't stand it when soundtracks are not broken up into the actual songs, but rather several songs lumped into one. Therefore, we have numerous songs over 7-10 minutes in length that have a wide range of fluidity or lack thereof. Would've been nice to be able to listen to each individual piece on its own, as Brian Reitzell's work on the show is phenomenal and very reminiscent of his work on 30 Days of Night.

Each cd contains over 70 mins of sound with an average of 7 tracks per disc. Just as tense as the show, except you feel more vulnerable without the context of an episode. Very fun.

Huge fan of the show so hearing the eerie music wherever I am helps me relive it !
