Good pill if you're worried about blood calcium
They're small and easy to swallow and as long as it's doing what it's supposed to, I'm happy with it. No side effects on me anyways, with K2 mk7 the research says there's no side effects to be worried about so I'll take the research at its word.

Vitamin K2 MK-7 is better than MK-4
I like this product it is the MK7 version which I believe through my research does better for your body than the MK4 A good place to research the NIH as good information on studies. This product has a small gel tab with coconut oil for a carrier oil that helps absorb better in your body. You won't notice in my case a difference right away with your body because it makes things better internally but lately I've been having better brain clarity that could be this product or Benfotamine B-1 i take. That is the best absorbed. The product is a little pricey but this company I buy other products from and I trust them. I was taking it every day and then when I get a little short I start taking it every other day I will be purchasing again due to the benefits. Hope I've helped

This brand is great cost-benefit wise, I don't measure my vitamin K in my routine blood work but I'm confident that it's helping along vitamin d3. These are easy to swallow even without water

Good for cardiovascular health
Ive been taking Vit K2 as MK7 for nearly a year now, if the research is true then it is helping to gradually remove calcium build up in my system to return the calcium to my bones making them stronger, time will tell but I am optimistic.

Recommended dose in a single small capsule
I can't speak for any effects good or bad but I can say the capsules are small. Add you Vit D and you should have the recommended combination for cardio health.
