Each pack comes with two pills. I have only used one at a time. Seems to work, but have only eaten one cheese stick with them.

Easy to swallow zero side effects no taste and I absolutely love that and I love this came in basically a sample pack that I could try but for anybody else there's really no need to try buy the 45 count pack (or more) they are a blessing. 10 million times better than anything you will find in your local store wish I would have found these sooner. I'm going right now to subscribe to the 45 count. So worth the money

They work ok, sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. They’re expensive too, I don’t know if I’ll repurchase

Got these for my son since he has an issue with lactose, they work well, and taste better than your big name lactose pills. They’re small enough and easy to swallow, but my son says they don’t really have a taste and he can just chew them. He hasn’t had any side effects from taking them, and hasn’t gotten an upset stomach from eating ice cream or cheesy pizza.

Work really well. Tiny pills powerful. Worth the buy love it that they almost look like a little mint container very discrete.

Great product, slightly more money than i wanted to pay but then again. If it works, it’s worth it so …. It’s worth the price. Ought this pack to try it out.

Definitely be aware what works for your health. But I can absolutely say these work for me. I react pretty immediately when I consume diary. With these, my body is able to process everything fine, and I don’t have to worry. I bought this particular set to try them for the first time. If you know they work for you, the 45 count on in the tin is a good transportation size too.

La reazione alla lattasi è soggettiva, in alcuni il corpo reagisce bene in altri non funziona. A me è andata bene e le pastiglie funzionano alla grande assumendole anche un minuto prima di assumere alimenti contenenti lattosio. Consiglio questo formato per sperimentazione per poi passare a formati più grandi.

L’efficacité de ce produit est parfaite ayant une intolérance au lactose j'ai pu manger du fromage des gâteaux au beurre etc.. étant invité et n'ai eu aucun soucis. Très bon produit

Wir haben diese Kleinpackung ausprobiert, weil wir das Gefühl hatten die alten Tabletten helfen gegen die genetisch bedingte Laktoseintoleranz nicht mehr richtig. Und Fazit: wir kommen super damit zurecht (man braucht halt einen Schluck Wasser zur Einnahme) und die Tabletten wirken sehr gut. Großpackung wir kommen ;-)

Lactase tablets often leave me wondering what I am going to be able to risk eating, but not these -- they appear to be super-strong. I do my best to avoid dairy when I am out, so I rarely need them, but these little sachets tuck away in a wallet and have been very helpful.

Las compré sin esperar mucho y realmente funcionan bastante bien. Siempre hay que recordar que hay que tener en cuenta la cantidad de lactosa que vas a ingerir por si debes ingerir más de una pastilla.
