Not as acidic as some vinegars
I've been trying to eat more healthily and include Cider vinegar in my diet for it's supposed benefits. Haven't noticed much difference- but the addition of turmeric and cinnamon seem to make it more palatable than others that I've tried- and found to acidic to tolerate. I prefer mine diluted with warm water and it's quite a pleasant drink.
