Definitely worth a try!!!
So....I was quite dubious about these foils but the reviews were compelling enough for me to decide they were worth a try. I'm a heavy coffee drinker and my coffee bill with Nespresso would make your eyes water!! So I decided compromise was needed. I love the handiness and consistency of coffee from the Nespresso machine but you can't buy the pods for this machine anywhere else other than at Nespresso. So I started looking into reusable pods. The reviews weren't very promising at all. Then I found these foils! By my sums, I'm about to halve my bill at least! For those who are interested in doing their own sums, 120ml pod (like Nesspressos Costa Rica for example) takes 12g of ground coffee. So I can get 83 120ml pods out of a kilo of beans. The foils are easy to place on the pod and they stay stuck well in the machine, I have had no disasters at all. The coffee is excellent and really benefits from the tech nesspresso puts into their machines. These are definitely worth trying if like me your wanting to save a few pounds, the saving definitely makes the hassle of refilling worth it!

Fantastic
A little fiddly to get used too, but i mastered it after the 2nd attempt. So, really easy and economical to use, as opposed to buying the pre filled pods, and easy to remove after use, making it possible to use the pods over and over again. Just trialing different types of ground coffee now to find the best fit for me. Very pleased i tried these. I use a small espresso pod to approximately measure out what i need, then gently press down the coffee grounds with the back of a small tea spoon. Making sure the empty pods are clean and properly dry. apply the adhesive top, I then gently run the back of a small blunt edges tea spoon around the rim of the pod, ensuring it sticks, fold the edges down over the rim of the pod. i stick down the little tab, and fold the rest upwards and mould to the side of the rim. Then i run my fingers and thumb round the sides ensuring it has stuck down. Pop in my machine, turn it on, and hey presto a nice coffee with good crema. once used, the lids are very easy to remove by holding the little tab and they peel away whole with no problems, leaving the pod ready to be washed, dried and refilled. I like the espresso pods, i find they give a good strength and crema, however, once i've found the right type of ground coffee, i will start using the double espresso, and larger cup sized pods. Highly recommend. I find it can be a little messy filling the pods, as i have arthritis so my hand coordination isn't the best. This is simply rectified by doing the refilling on a tray, so any spillage can be swept up and put back in the bag. I also find the use of a small cotton bud to wipe excess of coffee from the inner edge of the pod, ensures a good adhesion. I am sure someone with a steady hand without arthritic finger joints would have no problems in this regard. If i can do this easily with my hands, I can't see any problems for anyone trying these for the first time. I mastered it within 5 mins, and don't use any fancy holders or equipment. Easy, and perfect for a great result. A++++

Good Solution if a bit of a FAF
These are a good product - If expensive for what they are - basically a load of Aluminium foil lids with a sticky ring on a non-stick paper backing. The adhesion is good and a perfectly fine replacement for the "real" lids, which are thinner and more plasticy. Removing the original plastic lid can be a bit of a faf to do it cleanly - difficult not to leave some trailing little bits of plastic, but once done, easier to recycle regularly. The size is a little too big for my liking resulting in a few mm of excess foil over the edge of the pot, particularly if you dont put the lid on exactly central, resulting in some overhang. They do however stick better and have a better seal than the slightly smaller but very similar Geesta product. As a result they are then a little more tricky to remove also, to refill again. As a guide i timed how long it took to do a batch of 4 pods-: Just over 5 mins to remove old foil, bin old coffee, rinse, dry, refill, level, clear adhesion area, attach new lid & seal securely on 4pods. A batch of 20-25 would take half an hour, and youd need to do that once a week or so, depending how much coffee you drink. So it is time consuming - not sure how long ill stick at it, given Nespresso have their own recycling service.

Super-easy to use and very economical...
I bought a Nespresso Vertua machine on Black Friday 2020, and this included 100 free Nespresso pods, which were supplied as 10 packs of 10 pods (I had to submit the serial number and supplier details of the unit but it was a straightforward and reasonably quick process). I have to say that none of their flavours were remotely to my taste, and the prospect of buying more at the sort of price they go for was very unappealing...I used up the Mexico, DeCaffinato and Hazelnut pods and emptied, cleaned and kept the used pods. I almost bought the Geesta roll-your-own kit but decided to opt for these lid seals - I have no regrets as these are super-easy to use. Put two-and-a-half to three heaped teaspoons of your ground coffee of choice into the empty pod (I've settled on Aldi's Columbian or occasionally their Java Sumatra if I want it stronger), then peel the lid off its backing and press it lightly onto the rim of the pod. Keeping it centred is easy, and as these lids are slightly larger than the width of the pod you can wrap the excess 1mm or so around the edge, (or just leave it - I generally wrap). Doing this doesn't come anywhere near obscuring the barcode on the underside of the pod that gives the Nespresso machine its instruction re water quantity, centrifuge speed etc - I've found that using my emptied DeCaffinato pods has worked best, and gives me the exact quantity and 'crema' amount that I like in my mug. The Mexico and Hazelnut require a top-up of water for some reason... As I see it, these foil lids have three distinct plus points: First plus - the metal tops of the original Nespresso pods are laminated on the inside with some sort of plastic, which, when pierced, is then irrigated with hot water into your coffee. Maybe that contributed to my disliking the way the flavours I tried tasted - I can't be sure. These food-grade foil lids are (to the best of my knowledge) just the metal. Second plus - the original Nespresso pods are non-recyclable (I guess it could be argued that they are if you go to the trouble of removing the lids and emptying them - I obviously did this to preserve my own pods for re-use, but it was time consuming). These foil lids are very easily removable after use so that the grounds can be put in your food recycling container. I find that removing any small remaining trace of coffee grounds is best accomplished with a quick wipe-round with some tissue or Kitchen roll. I generally empty and clean a batch of three or four, which takes a couple of minutes at most. Third plus - the price-per-cup is hugely less, and I get to choose which ground coffee I use. I can now buy an entire pack of coffee for the price of between 2 and 3 Nespresso pods. Big difference. As far as I see it there is no downside to using these lids. They require minimal effort, and my Nespresso experience is now measuring up to the initial expectations I had at the point of purchase before I actually tasted their coffee, which I hated.

Works well but mind the bar code!
Good product that works well. However, you need to secure the pod while you apply the seal. I use a wine measure which seems to do the trick. Make sure you don't cover up ANY of the bar code which is just under the lip of the pod, or the machine won't work properly and you'll end up with a very weak and poor cup of coffee. there is no need to trim the seal once applied, but don't fold it under the lip or you'll cover part of the bar code. If you trim the foil, once applied, don't trim too closely or you may cut off some of the adhesive. If you don't get a good crema, it isn't the fault of the product, but the fault of the person applying the foil. Good luck!

Quality
Got this pack to enable me to re-use the original Nespresso pods to reduce cost and to help with the enviroment. They are of a good quality foil not to thin and not to thick. Some reveiws have mentioned that they are of poor quality and tear very easily but I have not seen any evidence of this during the ten pods I have used so far with perfect results in each one. Once the coffee machine cycle has finished I have inpected the pods and the lids are still stuck fast. I am absolutely delighted with these that I ordered more foil lids. My only advise to anyone wishing to give these a try is not to overfill them with coffee as this will no doubt create an error with you Nespresso and possible damage. other than that definitely one on my recommended list.

Good, but getting too expensive
I have been using these lads for almost a year, and they do work well; much better than others I have tried. However, they are going up in price every month now, and have finally priced me out of using them. Now switching brand, but know it will be a bit more fiddly.

Easy to use
This is a great product for those looking to reduce the cost of using a Nespresso V coffee machine. The foils are larger than most but easier to fit. The only slight issue is the foil sometimes stops the pod sliding into the used collection bin after use. This is a small point as a simple tap with the finger is all that is needed. I would buy these again :)
