I’ve purchased this 4 times now and it lasts several months for me. This has improved my energy and testosterone levels as well as helped with focus, energy, and brain fog. I mix it with coffee because it doesn’t taste good at all but then again it’s literally resin. I get annual blood work for my job and I have not had any negative side effects or irregular results. I maintain a fairly decent diet but I lift several times a week and do jiu jitsu several times a week as well. I will continue to by this product.

First, I know that it worked for me. Second, everybody's system is different. Third, I did additional research based on my own health issues. What convinced me to purchase this was the young lady with lupus that left the review about this product. While I eat healthy, the (SLE) fatigue can be brutal. I took one of the reviewer's suggestion and tried the resin in warm water. I used the scoop provided for 1 serving in 8 oz of warm spring water. Mercy! I thought it was going to take a couple of weeks for the resin to work. For me that was not the case. Initially, it felt like a brain boost for a few minutes then leveled off. I was able to cook dinner, clean the kitchen,do laundry, organize two cabinets, and a closet before I realized I wasn't tired. I had to drink a cup of chamomile tea tonight to make sure that I stopped. With an autoimmune disease you don't want to overdo it. I don't know how long this resin will work. Unfortunately with lupus, what works today may not work tomorrow. But I plan to order another bottle. This company received good reviews but hearing that it worked for someone with lupus was my deciding factor. Also, I think because I regularly drink herbal teas without sweeteners, the taste was not an issue for me. The directions didn't state how long to wait before taking other meds or how soon to eat after. It does state that it may interact with other meds. So, I didn't eat anything for an hour after I drank it and I didn't take any of my regular meds until 2 hours later. Sorry for the long review. I wanted to include details that might be important to someone taking other meds or like me dealing with an autoimmune dis-ease. Thank you.

I learned of Shilajit recently and did as much research as possible. The claims are that it helps to balance hormones and reduce inflammation, and have adaptogenic benefits. Sounds like a bunch of rubbish, right? But I like trying new supplements. I'm getting older and if ancient zombie plants can help what ails me, I'm down. I've been taking it for just a few weeks and a couple surprising things. The first few days, I got a boost in energy, stamina and flutter of positivity. I didn't get tired throughout the day as I normally do, and was surprised I still had energy after work. Also, I felt very happy, like I was on cloud 9 and (I'm embarrassed to admit) felt like I was fine asf; something I haven't felt in a long, long time. It felt sooooo good. Then a few days after, that boost went away. I returned to being tired, but my mind was awake, or my mind would get bored, but my body would still be lively. I also no longer am experiencing that high, but I feel more positive and confident than normal. Not sure if the Shilajit brought my hormones to a normal state, or it was a placebo effect. Another thing: I noticed that my bloated stomach did reduce. I didn't look like I had a food baby 24/7. Not dramatic, but I noticed it. Also, I think my breasts also reduced in size. I am relieved because my bust size annoyingly increased this past year. And one last thing that I am attributing to the use of Shilajit: it helped reduce my night sweats or allowed me to sleep through them. Getting old sucks, and I've been experiencing night sweats for a couple years now. I've slept with my window open, even during the winter, but that only helps a little. For the entire time I've been using this, I only experienced one night of night sweating and even that was minimal. I am so relieved. And lastly, I feel like I get tired when I'm supposed to. I have had trouble trying to fall sleep for a number of years. My mind just keeps running and I don't get sleepy. I take melatonin/magnesium supplements to help me fall asleep. If I don't take it, I won't feel sleepy until after 1 AM, and I have to wake up early for work. I admit, I still need to take mela/magne supplements, but that is more for calming my mind, but my body and my eyes do get very tired around 10 PM. It's such a blessing. Everyone will have their own experiences, and I'm not claiming what works for me will be the same for anyone else. This is my experience and I really have enjoyed the benefits/effects of taking shilajit and will continue using it. The taste is as gross as everyone is describing. It smells like tar, or burning tires, but taking it under the tongue somewhat helps, and you only take a small amount. I take it in the morning and then chase it with Koso (Japanese digestive enzyme syrup) diluted with mineral water. That also has great effects on me. So if you like trying new supplements, try Shilajit for yourself.

I’m purchasing this brand for the second time and I wouldn’t buy anything else. I’m sure there are brands equal in quality but this brand meets all testing criteria’s/3rd party testing that certifies its potency and for me it gives me energy, stamina as well as libido performance. However, I regularly exercise and consume a daily herbal regimen so Shilajit for me is an additional supplement. It is bitter but all my herbal powders are similarly bitter but that’s where the power lies. The benefits far out weigh the taste.

i have been familiar with this substance.i found the appearance fine and the packaging fine. The quality of the product itself was less than expected. I confused the mountain logo with another brand using a very similar logo;w/o researching my former purchase i ordered this .( Of course can not return a used food product )Live and learn!

I had high hopes for this Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The first thing I noticed was the smell and taste. It honestly smells and tastes like asphalt or burnt tar, which makes it very unpleasant to take. I understand Shilajit is a natural resin and not expected to taste great, but this was far beyond what I anticipated. I have tried another brand that has been very very effective so i will revert back to that one. More importantly, I used it consistently for over 12 weeks to give it a fair chance. During that entire time I did not experience any noticeable benefits or improvements in energy, focus, or overall well-being, which are the main reasons people usually take Shilajit. After three months of consistent use, the combination of the strong asphalt-like smell and the lack of any noticeable effect makes it difficult for me to recommend this product. Based on my experience, it simply did not deliver any results.

Ok. I’ve been using this for some time AND. Let’s just go ahead and get this out of the way. The taste is awful AT First. Then you crave it. It taste like resin from a bong. It’s stout. But I find myself craving it daily at the time I take it- so it has a natural reminder. 😂 I mixed it with a bite of meat at first- it made it taste “smoky”. Now I can just eat it plain. I like it. It’s so weird. For the first time in years I feel fabulous. Energy. Brain power. Strength? That is something I’m working towards- because I didn’t have much before- but I want strength AND to work on it! It’s definitely worth the price and I am skeptical of the inexpensive options when you read on how it’s “made” The only downside is- it can be messy if you are not a dive in kinda person. Use the tool and put it in your mouth/ the drink or whatever. Just get it done. Once again- it is a resin type material. Also don’t store the jar upside down.

I, like millions of others, had never heard about Shilajit until very recently. I've only had it a couple of days, so it's difficult to say. The product was beautifully packaged to impeccably high standards, this is no cheap knock of, that's for sure. Easy to use, a word of warning, do NOT expect this to taste good, it doesn't, but I take mine like a shot and it works fine. If it does everything it says it does, I'll definitely buy again and I'll 100% buy from this same company, I truly believe in their quality and care.

This is 100 percent pure shilajit few years back started with powdered shilajit till i visited Gilgit in Pakistan and tried the Himalayan shilajit resin there and wow boom suddenly gave me a heavy instant boost. Still have some left in the picture you see in a plastic wrapper. But this one is ten times more effective and pure as tested in distilled water which you can see in the video and it completely diluted immediately, also passed the burn test.I would say by far this is the best shilajit resin ive ever tried keeps you calm ,focused and also full of energy at the same time will order more .
