I had to purchase these again after 8 years. I started with 10 pairs and after college and moving states I ended up with 3 pairs, great quality even after putting them through years in the dishwasher. Best grip on the food and on my hand. I did condition one pair the other day and they are looking like new!

These are really great chopsticks. They have a square shape that allow for really strong grip and they're longer than most other chopsticks which also makes handling food easier. I love them very much. I thought they were just gonna be cheapies but turns out they're amazing.

When I visited Vietnam about 12 years ago, I brought back a lot of cooking and kitchen goods. One of the items was chopsticks, which at the time I thought to be bamboo. Over time one lost here, one broken there, and my suuply dwindled, and I have yet to be able to return to that unique country, nor have I been able to find chopsticks like I had even in the Vietnamese areas here. Strangely I found these on Amazon, almost identical to my originals. What I like the most is like the originals that they have a square profile except for the very tip, and because of this I find them very comfortable to use. My originals are raw, no finish or coating, these have some type of finish which I proceeded to strip off leaving me with chopsticks now identical to my beloved originals. Of course now I realize that the chopsticks I brought back were not bamboo, but this ironwood. So I am happy, just wish they were available raw so I could avoid the work of stripping them, it is worth it though because the raw wood finish is nicer to hold and grips the food better, and keeping them clean has never been a problem. I will likely order a pack or two more as who knows if they will continue to be available.

Nice, practical chop sticks

I ordered these chopsticks knowing that they would be durable and can last for a while. They looked great in the package, but once they were removed, they felt extremely dry and rough. I washed them to see if that would help, but it was still very dry. I used some mineral oil to see if that would hydrate the chopsticks a little bit, but it doesn't soak in very well so I feel like I'd have to hydrate them before each use.

no need to find the “other pair” in the drawer! dishwasher safe for sure, the length is great, it looks sleek and clean, quality is well made - it wont break unless you plan on breaking it and it has a smooth finish that still allows for grip for texture that hasnt faded away from the dishwasher!
