Country Life Maxi-Hair Plus 5000 mcg Biotin, 240 Vegetarian Capsules

I was skeptical about the effectiveness of this product. I read the Amazon reviews and didn’t entirely believe them. My hair had been thinning for about 3 months to the point my scalp was visible. I found myself arranging what hair I had left in effort to conceal how thin my hair had become. My hair thinning is a rare side effect of a medication I am taking. Lucky me! I had read reviews of the hair loss issue with this medication on Reddit and Quora. Several commenters recommended this product saying it worked and some of them showed before and after pics. Worth a try, I reasoned. Well let me tell you, it does work! My hair is growing again. It’s been about six weeks and it is noticeable. I was worried I was going to have permanent hair thinning, but this supplement kick started the hair growth phase back into working order. Please don’t hesitate to purchase these supplements. You won’t be dissapointed.

I have been using Country Life Maxi-hair for a few years. It works. My soft, flexible fingernails are stronger. Hair and skin appear healthier.

I lost 20 lbs over the summer. I didn't take any supplements. My hair started to fall out. Doc said it may be stress. Vit b12 low normal. I started pumping up the vitamins. When my hair started coming in, I had to color my hair more often than usual. I have colored my hair forever, no thats not it, same product. Color my hair more often? I think this Maxi‑Hair Plus supplement is working, but it’s hard to say for sure since I’m also taking other hair‑supporting products like biotin, collagen, and iron. One thing I noticed after starting this is that my urine turned neon yellow — which can happen with certain vitamins — but it definitely caught my attention. I’m not a fan of the smell or taste, but I push through it. Even with all that, I do feel like my hair is growing faster and looking thicker, so I’m sticking with it for now.

My husband noticed a bald spot on the top of my head after I had the baby. Yes, my bald spot was crowning like a mans bald spot. My hair has ALWAYS been super thin and few so when I lose hair it is noticeable. This stuff really works! My bald spot started to grow in almost a month after taking them. I have been using these on and off since March 2020. My hair actually falls out a bit if I stop taking these and switch up to another brand. It is now October and my bald spot on the top of my head is gone. Hopefully it will fill in the bald spots on the side of my head too now that I am only using this brand and no other. Added a picture of the vitamin content of another hair growth supplement and compared it to these. These clearly have more vitamins. I wish it had folic acid that way I didn’t have to take it separately. Unfortunately I am growing in some greys but at least I got tons of new growth!

Go for it! Don't let the price fool you it works wonderfully. I burnt my hair with a perm, I did not have enough to pull together for a ponytail I was putting on a wig (not very happy). I started to purchase the advertised brand that is on television, but saw this while searching and strictly because of the reviews and price I gave it a try. So I keep taking them a month later so some grow by the third and fourth month I had HAIR. I have told many people about this product and my friend who has lost her hair do to chemo. I told her to ask her doctor first. Well she did and she sent me a photo after a few months her hair is back, and she looks fabulous! I am a regular customer on amazon, but a true believer in this product. I tell anyone I know who is suffering from hair lost to give this product a couple of months try. It works!

It does help grow hair back, but if you are a body type that cannot synthesize with some of the ingredients then it will be like two steps forward and two steps back for the entire time that you take it. All ingredients might work well for some people, but they were just too many for me. Gaba being one of them.
