The <Directions> states “Take one capsule twice a day with or immediately after a meal.” The 100 mg capsules allow the daily to be split like this. Best taken with breakfast and lunch meals that contain healthy dietary fats (like nuts, avocado). I changed to this when Qunol stopped being available in the U.K. Reputable source, dosage is good, affordable compared to other options. Like all supplements impossible to know quality or effectiveness.

It is misleading to write 200 mg at the top of the bottle when it is 100 mg per capsule. You should have written 100 mg per capsule and then write take 2 capsules, not the opposite. Many women I know including me took the wrong dosage recommened due to this.

Good product so far & hopefully me & hubby will benefit from the energy boosting goodness this can give 👍😄

I rarely write a review but taking Kaneka ubiquinol instead of normal ubiquinol (even in smaller dosage) really felt different to me. After one month my level of energy is much better.

This product is 100mg capsules, to be take twice a day. Not 200mg capsules. This advertisement is misleading.

I bought this product as multiple times it states it's 200mg ubiquinol but it's not. It's actually 100mg tablets but you take two a day which is how they're claiming it's 200mg. I felt this was false advertising and very misleading. It also makes the product very expensive when compared to other 100mg products. I definitely won't be buying again.
