What you wash the pen with

You only need water to clean the ink off the pen while using it. If the ink has dried on it, a small amount of dish soap will work.

What can you wash the glass pen ?

Depends on the type of ink you use and if it gets dry before you clean it. With water soluble or India ink that is still wet you can use warm water. If the ink has dried on your pen there is an assortment of pen cleaners available. Speedball makes one, Dr. Ph. Martin offers one called Bombay Pen Cleaner. I have both but prefer the Speedball product. Both work. Both available on amazon.
