I have an original and we all use 2 pods to make a long coffee with flavour. Would you need 2 pods with the virtuo or do the pods pack more punch

These pods are VERY strong. In my opinion, you only need one. The machine itself comes with 12 capsules for you to try to determine what strength you like...I bought this as a gift for my partner, he’s a coffee lover and has said how strong and quality the coffee is.

How do you claim the promotion? There’s no coupon in my box

You usually have to go to the Nespresso website, register your machine. Once you’ve done this then any offers when you bought the machine should be in your account. If not contact Nespresso via your Nespresso account.
