Does the Job.
For the price compared to the $800.00 and $900.00 + options out there for a commercial burr mixer. It's a no brainer. This is my second one. The first died after a year and a half worth of use(and I fixed it with a switch bypass so its a back up now). The only bad thing is the blade could have been shaped different. With a little angle on it to aid in mixing and make it more powerful. But still it gets the job done for a fraction of the cost.

Very good mixer
I bought this mixer to replace my old one that had broke after one year. I use it for my restaurant. It seems to be working perfect. Blends our tomatoes and other food preparation needs. I am very happy with this product. I recommend it to anyone. TP

Wand Burned out After 7 months - Light Use on cold liquids
Worked great for 7 months then one day it started buzzing in the wand and then burnt right out. This thing cannot handle high shear mixing for an extended amount of time. We didnt even use it with hot liquids.. It hardly homogenizes either. Junk - DO NOT BUY

This product is great for mixing heavy loads of stuff in the kitchen. Totally recommend it.

Very good once you get a hang of how to operate it
Purchased for brewery and just pureed 2 bushels of peaches. Very easy once I figured out how to turn it on and set it to stay running.
