Q: Can this be used on side of home? Looking to use behind mount foroutside tv

This could possibly be used on the side of your house. But you need to ensure your walls are deep enough; the cover box assy is 3" deep and you'll need an additional 2.75" for a single gang box to hold the outlet and wiring.

Q: That floor box is UL listed in USA

I don't know anything about these boxes in use. I returned these boxex and installed boxxes on the deck posts rather than the deck boards.

Q: Is there a document that describes the cutout requirements?

There is some information included. It is a simple rectangle that you need to cut out. Once cut the box slides in from the top. Couldn’t have been simpler. So far it’s standing up to the pool deck use
