Will it work with an Antec 900?

I have that exact case and it fits beautifully in it. I have it placed right below the two DVD-ROMs and looks like it was made to go into that spot.

Will this fit a Dell Precision T3500?

Unfortunately, this will not work in your T3500. The T3500 is the same case as the old XPS 410 I have and the space needed for this cage is not there.

How to use with case that has supports in each bay that reduce the width? All my cases have such supports.
