Best choice
This is the best and most long-lasting pad I have ever used. I bought it for use during my maternity period, and it performed exceptionally well. It has excellent absorption capacity, with no leakage even overnight, and handles heavy flow comfortably. I used it continuously for over a month after delivery and experienced no rashes, allergies, or discomfort. It feels gentle on the skin and seems to be made with great care. Overall, I highly recommend this product to every woman, especially during maternity.

Thin but absorbent—perfect for lighter post-birth flow
These pads are great for when my bleeding eased a bit after about three weeks. They’re extra-long, have a wider back, and the wings keep them in place, so I didn’t worry about leaks. They feel soft, thin, and comfortable, and are fragrance-free, which was nice on sensitive skin. The absorbent core works well without feeling bulky. ✅ Would I buy it again? Not long enough but I like it being thin.
Well, this is not as long as the Extra long maternity pads the Lil let's provides. I decided to try this one because that extra long ones I have been using are really thick but they are defined as maternity pads therefore not surpring. I use them for my heavy nights. However for this one, a bit disappointed by its short length. Don't think it would be good for maternity use after giving birth. But depend on women I guess. Generally I feel disappointed I couldn't find any extra long pads for heavy period night use. In Asian countries we could easily find 42cm night use ones. Really practical. I am just wondering why the European brands don't do the length. I am in average height, I find 42cm are so practical and sensible. So please do super extra long feminine pads please.

I gave birth three years ago, but I still use Lil-Lets Maternity Ultra Thin Long Pads with Wings—they're that good. They're super comfortable, ultra-absorbent, and stay in place all day. Perfect not just for postpartum, but for heavy periods or everyday use. I won’t use anything else!
