Ça fait maintenant plus de deux mois que je les utilise (je crois) et je suis passée au niveau intermediate. La résistance est nickel (ça fait bien transpirer) et la texture aussi. La bande ne roule pas (je fais du sport à la maison avec un legging de sport) Je recommande !

Excellent resistance bands, good size, not too small or too big, The light resistance was more like the heavy duty resistance of a rubber set. The heavy duty one is very hard to stretch, definitely for a more advanced workout. Well made, good quality, don't feel cheap at all. Im only allowed on video per review so Im adding the one of how hard the heavy one is to use. The light one was easy, but still pretty resistant. 5 Stars because although two were tough to open, that's the point. Comes with a small mesh drawstring bag big enough for all three, plus a little extra space for maybe a face cloth, or a long resistance band from a different set, cell phone, bank card, locker key, hand sanitizer etc. Quality of mesh bag is a bit stiff, nothing to brag or complain about. It does the job.

I've been using these for about a month now to add more intensity to my at-home squat and glute workouts. I chose the 13.6" size for all resistances and they fit well - sliding easily up over my knees and offering plenty of resistance when in place (for reference, my hips are about 41" around). The bands do seem to stretch out slightly over a session of use, but regain their shape and original size (I measured) after sitting for a time. I've mostly used the light and medium so far, but am working my way up to the heavy band. These bands are incredibly comfortable and don't budge or roll even during cardio moves. The rubber on the back helps them stay in place and is incredible gentle. I've used these both on leggings and bare skin with no discomfort or issues. So far they show virtually no sign of wear. You might notice a bit of fluff from the logo on one of the bands - that was there when I received them, but hasn't impacted the durability of the band in an appreciable way. Overall a very nice product and competitively priced for the quality.
